Robert Half is seeking a Contract Analyst for a growing company in downtown Chicago. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-5+ years of experience handling contracts. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the drafting, preparation, reviewing, and interpretation of company standard contracts
- Ensure compliance with all corporate contract, OFAC sanction alerts, and insurance policies
- Mitigate risk and provide guidance to senior management and sales personnel
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in efforts to address and make all parties aware of legal requirements
- Support the maintaining of contractual documents and processes
- Align internal staff/external individuals to resolve customer request, issues, etc.
- Gather information from multiple sources and work through solutions to deliver contractual needs
- Run compliance checks and broader due diligence for proposed new customers
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Juris Doctor or ABA paralegal certificate preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
