Are you proficient in managing and dissecting complex contracts? We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Management Specialist to join our client's dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

• Take charge of the contract intake process, ensuring a smooth transition from clients to our internal systems.
• Conduct meticulous Contract Reviews, capturing key terms and dates for accurate monitoring and notifications.
• Manage new vendor setup with precision, verifying details and tracking organizational changes.
• Maintain data integrity with thorough research and verification, upholding our high standards of accuracy.
• Support compliance reviews for unexecuted agreements, contributing to our commitment to regulatory adherence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Efficiently triage contract intake, identify crucial contract terms, and ensure completeness of documentation.
• Create and validate new vendor records, understanding their service offerings and business relationships.
• Keep track of vendor mergers/acquisitions, reflecting changes accurately in our system.
• Perform compliance checks, particularly with GLB/Red Flag regulations, and communicate findings to clients.
• Preserve data integrity through vigilant research and quality control efforts.
• Provide backup support for creating Street Smart Review Kit (SSRVK) summaries, including the analysis of financial and insurance documents.

Success Profile:

• Adept at understanding Contract Review processes and the specific needs of the vendor support services team.
• Proficient in contract identification, interpretation, and analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of vendors and their offerings.
• Skilled in multitasking with multiple screens and applications.
• Strong communicator with a talent for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Highly motivated with a keen sense of responsibility and quality.
• A positive team player, resourceful, and determined to find accurate solutions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an office setting, preferably within the financial industry.
• Expertise in Adobe document management and a knack for learning new software.
• Demonstrable experience with database management and Contract Review.
