Job: Client Success Manager
Job Summary & Deliverables:
The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a pivotal role in providing vendor management guidance and support to clients. This includes managing vendor tools and processes, ensuring the integrity of vendor information in CADi, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal and external stakeholders. The CSM is integral in client relations, especially in areas like compliance support, new client onboarding, policy development, and client training.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, understand their needs, support vendor management program procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidance.
- New Client Onboarding: Manage vendor compliance activities during client onboarding, develop and implement policies, and provide training.
- Vendor Compliance SME: Offer technical and functional expertise to internal staff and clients, assist with new technology and process testing, and prepare due diligence summaries for critical vendors.
- Strategic Vendor Plan (SVP): Assist in gathering data for the SVP, manage the vendor survey process, and maintain strong knowledge of vendors/products.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key vendors, track vendor information changes, and manage vendor data in CADi.

- Technical proficiency (Microsoft Office, CADi).

Required Capabilities:
- Customer service experience.
- Expertise in Outlook and MS Office; database experience.
- Familiarity with vendor management and due diligence (preferred).
- Knowledge of the financial industry, regulatory requirements, and monitoring/administrative agencies.
