- Coordinate the renewal process by initiating the renewal process with customers.
- Strategize with sales to generate and process sales leads as needed.
- Perform research and collect data as needed for prospective clients and/or vendors.
- Daily maintenance of customer data and customer history on Salesforce.
- Regularly answers internal and external emails/phone calls and provides timely responses.
- Works closely with internal customers and enjoys teamwork and working through pre-set processes, while also seeking efficiencies in improving processes.
- Generates sales and metrics reports and responds to management requests for various SalesForce reports.
- Works with team to assist in order fulfillment process and handling new orders.
- Other administrative projects as needed.
- 3+ years of experience in a renewal management or similar role.
- Proficiency in adhering to project deadlines for timely customer renewals.
- Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Excellent follow up skills and ability to meet company goals and obtain desired results.
- Great attention to detail and strong accuracy in work product.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills and be comfortable placing calls to customers and providing regular communications for a seamless process.
- Ability to manage a large number of active accounts and identify problems, opportunities and provide solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Must be able to be persuasive and problem solve.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis.
- Basic mathematical aptitude required.
- Must be self-motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently.
- Background check required.
