SUMMARY
Bering Straits Global Innovations, LLC, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Fleet Management Analyst (FMA) for the Vehicle Maintenance and Operations Support (VEMOS) for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) at Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) and off-site.
Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.
- The FMA will coordinate with host wing transportation fleet section to manage AFCEC vehicle fleet as stated in the current host/tenant support agreement. Serve as a liaison between host wing Logistics Readiness Squadron and AFCEC.
- Provide information and coordinate with the COR and/or Government VCO to manage the AFCEC vehicle fleet.
- Maintain the Vehicle Authorization Listing (VAL) for unit vehicles and provide a vehicle authorization, utilization, and registered equipment update each month.
- Serve as the alternate AFCEC VCO except in instances in the PWS where the Government VCO is specifically indicated. The FMA shall be the alternate VCO and attend wing annual VCOs meeting, and other meetings upon the request of the AFCEC Government VCO or COR. The alternate VCO when attending any meeting must identify themselves as a contractor.
- Provide required vehicle data to the VSCOS for data calls from these organizations.
- Provide all vehicle data to the COR and AFCEC Government VCO as needed to update data calls or changes in the vehicle fleet.
- Input information into DPAS (e.g., scheduling vehicle work efforts) and other databases (e.g., GSA website) as required. For example, the GSA website shall be updated with the scheduled maintenance that was performed and mileage as required.
- Provide guidance, assistance and a quality customer service per AFIs to ensure AF vehicles are used efficiently and economically, while providing a quality customer service organization to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate the transportation of the vehicles and equipment to the subcontractors’ location. This may require the VEMOS heavy equipment operator to transport the vehicles/equipment to and from the subcontractor’s location. The FMA will monitor the progress of the subcontracted efforts and keep the COR and Government VCO informed of progress and any issues.
- Research purchases, acquire/track purchases, pick-up purchases (if required), provide purchase related documentation to COR/Government VCO, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Get quotes and prepare purchase requests for repair and painting services that cannot be performed in-house and are planned to be subcontracted out under this contract.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- US Citizen
- Ability to receive and maintain Common Access Card (CAC)
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
- Ability to understand, develop, and execute Quality Control Measures for customers.
- Comply with AFI 16-1404, Air Force Information Security Program, AFMAN 17-1301, Computer Security; AFMAN 17-1303, Cybersecurity Workforce Improvement Program; and AFI 17-130 Cybersecurity Program Management. The contractor will complete Information Assurance training prior to being granted access to government computer systems.
- Must take and pass all training requirements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Job is performed primarily in an operational setting with exposure to military equipment and machinery, computers, and maintenance equipment. Occasional travel is required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidate will serve as primary point of contact for 3 other personnel (mechanics and heavy equipment operator)
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
