Senior Contract Program Manager

Position Overview:

ANSER is actively hiring for a Senior Contract Program Manager to work full-time onsite in Homestead, FL to lead contractor support efforts within Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH) J3.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contract staff and be responsible for the overall execution of the contract including technical and quality control oversight
• Track current and future operations and make recommendations both internal and external to SOCSOUTH
• Work in the J3 Current Operations Division (or as required by the J3 Director) and manage workflow across all J3 Divisions
• Maintain daily JOD/operations schedule for all activities occurring within the SOCSOUTH J3. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to achieve long-term Command objectives
• Maintain daily communications with counterparts at USSOCOM, USSOUTHCOM, JFLCC, JFACC, JFMCC, JTF-B, JIATF-S, and JTF-4, and relay information from counterparts to appropriate J3 staff for situational awareness/execution

Required Qualifications:

• Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance
• Master's degree in any field
• 15+ years of USSOUTHCOM AOR experience
• 10+ years SOF experience
• 5+ years of program management experience
• Strong interpersonal/social skills; proven staff officer/contractor support excellence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in staffing, communication, and coordination efforts across commands, services, and/or CCMD staffs
• Demonstrated Spanish spoken/written fluency
