Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team. As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible forproviding coordination support for the Contracts Department by assisting with contract documentation, tracking, compliance, and management. You will manage various projects to ensure accurate, complete, and timely results. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of contract management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. You may be asked to provide support to other PetroSkills | The Competency Alliance groups on an as needed basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run sanctions checks on new client prospects.
- Prepare contract templates and amendments as requested, ensuring correct and complete information on all documents.
- Administer all internal contract documents for both internal and external digital signatures according to standard operating procedures and policies. (BOXSign/DocuSign as needed)
- Respond to Business Development contract filing requests and provide CRM links to validate business deals as first point of contact in Freshdesk for @Contracts department email.
- Filing, linking, and recording of external originating executed contracts within the appropriate systems.
- Providing standard templated contract sample agreements as requested by Service Line Leaders | Business Development Team.
- Support the Contracts Attorney on final presentation of non-standard contracts.
- Manage the notification and renewal process for all Contracts with related internal PetroSkills owners.
- Liaise with Financial Planning and Analysis Team to ensure new business is acknowledged for financial forecast planning purposes.
- Other Contract administrative duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3+ years prior experience in a contract administration role or related field required.
- Exemplifies knowledge of contract law, accounting principles and finance.
- Has strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts.
- Has previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills.
- Able to work productively independently and as part of a team.
- Must have excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience as a project manager, or coordinating large projects is an asset.
- Should exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
- Possess an analytical mind as well as strong commercial acumen.
- Proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office with a particular focus on Excel, Teams, and Outlook required.
- Experience with MS Dynamics CE or similar system (i.e., Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) preferred.
- Attention to detail with a focus on repeatable process completion.
- Self-driven and comfortable in a work from home environment.
Education, Experience and Certification:
- Associate degree with business focus and 3 years of business setting experience or 5+ years’ work experience in business setting required.

- Will be trained on the job on PetroSkills | The Competency Alliance specific processes.
Physical Demands:
Limited - occasionally may lift between 5-25 pounds.
Work Conditions:
This is a home-based office position. Candidate should have the ability to work, uninterrupted, in said environment. The position does not typically travel.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
