(Contingent upon available funding): 17.04 - 19.17, Hourly Work Schedule: Typically 5 days/week, 8 hours/day Faculty Appt Period: Job Summary: Under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Education, the Clinical Site Contract Coordinator position oversees the review, approval, execution and payment of affiliation and payment agreements statewide for Clerkship clinical rotations for the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine, as well as student rotations at OSU Medical Center. This includes managing data collection and report construction for various purposes, including institutional assessment, COCA accreditation, and tracking for ongoing compliance. The Clinical Site Contract Coordinator provides timely, official, professional correspondence in the ongoing management of agreements/contracts. In addition to these duties, the Coordinator may participate in annual site visits, and provide assistance and support for the recruitment of new instructors and clinical teaching sites. This position coordinates closely with the OSU legal department, seeking review, edits, updates, and approval as needed.
