POSITION SUMMARY
You will work within a team environment that provides managed IT services to the public safety, SLED, and US government markets. We have a full suite of procurement contracts with the state, federal government, and our partners. These contracts have reporting requirements, update schedules, and modifications needed as our service and products sales continually evolve. As our business expands there will be contract research, application, and consolidation required. This job position will be responsible for administering our current contracts, applying and managing new contracts, and participation with other teams as necessary to align our sales needs and our client needs with these contracts. This position will also be responsible to participate in inside sales functions which includes, quote development, client contract renewals, responding to RPFs, reporting, and grant research. The salary for this position is $60,000 (negotiable based on experience).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain all state and federal contracts including, modifications
- Manage and maintain cooperative education contracts
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual contract reporting
- Researching and resolving contract issues
- Ensure contracts are in compliance
- Full lifecycle contract management
- Contract review and administration
- Research new contract opportunities within NYS and other US states
- Participation with the Inside Sales Client Strategy team
- Work collaboratively with sales team, procurement, and the project management team
- Work closely with our partners Contract Administrators when maintaining and registering of contract
- Prepare SLED quotations and proposals utilizing our CRM system
- Participate in RPFs and Bids
- Work with Vendors to obtain pricing information to complete and deliver proposals
- Ability to work with new application tools
- Assist in any special projects as needed
DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years experience with government contracts and contract administration
- Ability to excel in deadline-oriented work environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Products
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking, and time-management
- Strong analytical and organization skills
