We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to supervise in the delivery of our mission- and business-critical application services with internal customers. Reporting into the COO, our goal is to lead initiatives for the client by understanding the details of each initiative, determining who needs to be involved in the resolution, mapping out the way forward, getting into a cadence with the broader team on the resolution steps, and driving the broader team towards resolution through meetings and project management. This position is part of the Supply Chain- Production Support organization and requires a diverse and flexible skill set for supporting a wide range of applications within our client's Commerce Engineering portfolio. Candidates must be passionate about technology, live for amazing customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- This person will be working off a prioritized list of initiatives defined by the team.
- Their job is to work with the various teams within the client organization to work through the details tied to that specific initiative.
- Each of these initiatives is liable to take weeks to months to complete.
- The work will involve understanding the details of the initiative, determining who needs to be involved in the resolution, mapping out the way forward, getting into a cadence with the broader team on the resolution steps, and driving the broader team towards resolution through meetings and project management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
- 5+ years of experience developing leading team initiatives and projects
- Leadership experience in a 24x7 operation supporting enterprise software and systems
- Experience working with stakeholders to communicate issues while balancing business expectations
- Significant knowledge of new product/service release cycles and willingness to stay on the forefront of emerging industry best practices
- Fluency in English is required
