Salary
The on-target earnings range is $83,835 - $97,200 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to identify training needs and objectives.
- Conduct research and gather information to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.
- Develop training materials, including training manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging content that effectively communicates complex concepts.
- Organize and structure content to ensure logical flow and easy comprehension.
- Edit and proofread training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to incorporate visual elements, videos, and interactive features into training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training content development.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, instructional designer, or similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into clear and user-friendly content.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communications, or a related field.
