- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in English Language (Writing and Speaking)
- Provides the running list of positive and negative apps with respect to trust and safety standards and guidelines.
- Prefer 1 to 3 years professional experience in writing and editing high-quality content in various genres, styles, and formats, such as news, features, blogs, social media, or marketing copy.
- Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, depending on the requirements of the project. Experience following a style guide and writing to a specific voice and tone is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI technology, machine learning, and natural language processing, and a keen interest in exploring their potential applications in content creation.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work through problems systematically.
- Passion for language, creativity, and innovation, and a strong desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI-generated content
Responsibilities
- Writers to edit and enhance AI-generated content for clarity and correctness
- Tasks include rating, writing and rewriting AI generated responses, Rating
- Rating tasks includes evaluating AI generated content based on factuality, linguistic accuracy, cohesiveness, tone, writing style and safety
- Writing
- Generate high-quality datasets to train ML models based on project requirements.
- answer user queries by researching information or summarizing sources provided
- Rewriting
- Rewrite responses while adhering to specific guidelines related to tone, voice, style, persona and safety.
- These will be creative long-form outputs that could come in the form of emails, summaries, cover letters, blog posts, essays, short stories, etc.
- Average task time for rewrites is ~10-20 mins including the research time to execute the task.
- Uphold our content standards regarding English language proficiency and factual accuracy
- The task will need to be performed on our client’s owned platform. Access will be provisioned by our client.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $27.00 per hour
