About this role:
CyberArk seeks an experienced and talented B2B Content Specialist to develop compelling content that supports go-to-market and thought leadership initiatives. As a marketing Content Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, planning, writing and editing content that showcases CyberArk's value proposition of our identity security solutions and products. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and writer who can execute content plans and elevate CyberArk's content assets to drive awareness and convert and engage our target personas across the buyer's journey.
The role requires the candidate to be an excellent communicator and collaborator, a creative writer who can develop short and long-form content and a strong editor to tell the CyberArk story.
What you will do:
- Conduct research to identify our personas' needs, challenges and pain points to develop compelling content.
- Create campaign-related resources across the customer journey (e.g., blog, eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, landing pages, videos and more) to engage our audience and convert.
- Edit content written by other cross-functional team members.
- Proofread content to ensure consistency with the CyberArk brand writing style and tone of voice.
- Apply best practices for optimizing content for SEO.
- Manage content cycle from ideation to final publication, following a streamlined workflow and process.
- Monitor and analyze content performance and metrics such as traffic, engagement and conversion to help inform content marketing decisions.
- Coordinate and manage content projects and deadlines with stakeholders.
- Assist the content team with keeping the editorial calendar current.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience developing B2B content; cybersecurity background a significant plus.
- Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with analytics such as Adobe Analytics or other tools to measure content performance.
- Experience working with creative teams to develop engaging visuals for assets and manage content production.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Deadline-oriented to ensure content assets are delivered on time to stakeholders.
- Highly organized to manage multiple projects.

The salary range for this position is $91,000 – $130,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
