Content Specialist

Self Esteem Brands, LLC, parent company of Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, Basecamp Fitness, The Bar Method, and Stronger U, is seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our talented Marketing?team as a Content Specialist - Owned Media for Waxing the City. Summary
A Content Specialist is responsible for developing digital content across owned media channels for Waxing The City.
Position Responsibilities

• Develop content directly aligned to our content strategy, marketing goals, business needs and competitive market for: website, national and local campaigns, social media, email, POS and external apps
• Responsible for copywriting across CRM, website and social media
• Partner with leadership to ensure content initiatives are aligned with brand initiatives and voice and tone
• Support logistics of influencer campaigns including: day-to-day communications, retail/swag delivery, asset management, etc.
• Own an integrated content calendar and align with brand and supporting capability leaders
• Provide community moderation for Waxing The City social communities
• Develop and produce highly engaging site and social collateral
• Execute platform-specific content streams for Youtube, Pinterest and TikTok
• Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for future content production
• Utilize a CMS, ESP and workflow platforms to manage content
• Research and analyze the external environment to curate and re-share existing content while keeping in mind market dynamics, trends, size, segmentation, customer needs, applicable and emerging content areas, and the competitive landscape

Strengths and Background

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, related field or equivalent training/experience
• 2-3 years in industry experience required
• Experience with the Adobe creative suite
• Must be passionate about storytelling and writing
• Experience in executing against an established social media and editorial content calendar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing
