    1. As a communications leader at CNRA, you will be expected to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment using your discretion, experience, and creativity to turn around engaging content that captures attention. You will also be required to provide strategic communications guidance and expertise to the California Natural Resources Agency and natural resource departments, boards and conservancies in a meaningful way. We would love to learn about what you think makes a good story, and what experience you have that prepares you to be a successful candidate for this position? What excites you about this role?
    2. This role will require overseeing and managing a content calendar, leading creative direction for CNRA content strategy and trying new and innovative ideas for bringing government decision-making to life through new storytelling efforts. This will require exceptional skills in managing priorities and to-do lists, building strong relationships, and the ability to independently take ideas to implementation in short order. Share your experience in delivering engaging content in a fast-paced environment and how you would apply this experience to this role?
    3. You will have the opportunity to be plugged into California's highest-profile natural resources issues, often with visibility on world stages. With this visibility also comes the reality of DIY and grassroots approaches as government communications often does not include a budget and requires using very limited resources in creative ways. How would you embrace this reality while still delivering quality content, ad what similar experience do you have?
