*THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE. MUST BE LOCAL TO CHICAGO,IL 60015.*
PAY: $35-$43/HR
CONTRACT: 3 MONTHS (POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND OR CONVERT)
Responsibilities:
- planning and operations throughline across full-org content needs. We provide internal teams with content strategy, planning, and execution oversight in an omni-channel capacity, helping to connect the dots amongst the goals of content and how it shows up for our audiences/customers.
- need of creative support specific to social content due to an increased demand for Organic Social channel use as an org, new organic social strategy, and the expedited speed that social content demands on our creative team who are already very strapped for time/resources.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in Content Creator role. Experience creating engaging content for multiple social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and emerging platforms.
- Bilingual
- Creative problem solving – able to take complicated topics related to healthcare, wellness, and layered messaging needs and come up with visuals and content that concisely and effectively draw in our audiences to engage.
- able to work in different digital platforms to produce material
- possess graphic design skills to present information in a visual format
- comfortable filming, producing and editing video content
- Social savvy – aware of trends, content styles, platform behaviors and tuned-in to pop culture relevancy

Technical Certification Bonus:
Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
