We are looking to hire a Social Media Content Creator:

Now, we're looking for someone to join our team and take charge of developing, designing, and producing engaging content for our Social Media platforms. Your main goal will be to boost our brand's online presence, increase engagement, and achieve targeted marketing and communication objectives.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of Social Media platforms and experience managing multiple accounts, channels, and pages. You'll work closely with our internal team and external contractors to create successful campaigns and projects that align with our company's goals and targets.

Here's a detailed description of their role:

• We're in search of a Content Creation specialist with expertise in generating diverse content types - text posts, images, graphics, videos, GIFs - to align with the brand's voice and messaging strategy.

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express) are essential for crafting visually appealing, on-brand graphics, images, and infographics tailored for Social Media

• Proficient in video production, from conceptualizing ideas to shooting, editing, and adding captions or animations, capable of creating short-form videos, explainer videos, vlogs, and more

• Craft compelling and concise copy for Social Media posts, ensuring resonance with the target audience and effective communication of key messages.

• Develop and maintain content calendars to plan and schedule posts, ensuring a consistent and timely presence on Social Media platforms.

• Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering discussions, answering questions, and building a sense of community.

• Keep a close eye on Social Media trends, algorithm changes, and performance metrics to adapt strategies for maximizing engagement and reach.

• Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content aligned with broader marketing and branding initiatives.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and the ability to optimize content for each platform.

• Work towards specific goals such as increasing followers, driving website traffic, generating leads, or promoting products/services, measuring success using analytics tools.
