About The Role:
As a Content Creator, your primary role will be crafting engaging content for our existing and potential clients. We seek an individual with excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a modern sense of content aesthetics. You'll be tasked with producing a specified amount of content weekly, receiving support and direction from our dedicated Director of Brand Management. We are looking for someone who can quickly grasp and understand our product to create compelling content. You will also be expected to keep up-to-date on industry trends, social media trends, and changes in consumer behavior. Driving constant value, and bringing new ideas to how INGENIOUS.BUILD presents itself to the market as the driving force for this opportunity.
In this position, you will:

• Crafting Engaging Content: Create content that captivates and resonates with the target audience. This will include written content, visuals, and videos.
• Audience Engagement: You will foster a strong connection between the audience and the brand by developing content that is not only informative but encourages engagement.
• Consistent Brand Representation: Ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Adapting to Content Differences: Tailoring content for different ICPs (ideal customer profile), personas, and features. Understanding the nuances of each and optimizing content for maximum impact.
• Meeting Content Quotas: Producing a specified amount of content within given timeframes
• Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with other teams, such as brand, marketing, design, and product teams, to gather information, insights, and direction to create cohesive and effective content.
• Continuous Learning: A mindset of continuous learning, staying updated on new tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

Skills and Experience needed:

• Experience with Adobe After Effects
• Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other graphic design software
• Have an entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset that can thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
