What you'll be doing day to day

As an integrated part of the new IKEA omnichannel retailing, you will be: Provide customer support on all channels from-a-distance, including live video calls, to secure a great customer experience, thus building trust in the IKEA brand. Maximize sales by offering home furnishing solutions in every customer contact. Utilize active selling techniques and showcase proficiency in relevant remote digital planning tools to surpass customer expectations and drive sales growth. Balance customer needs with business goals during sales interactions, steering both towards a mutually beneficial outcome. Contribute insights and actively participate in setting and achieving personal goals that align with unit, function, and team objectives. Stay informed about the IKEA product range, services, and commercial priorities and contribute to sales strategies. Provide feedback on data improvement needs, thus contributing to all co-workers having the knowledge required to meet customer needs Provide constructive feedback on data improvement needs to enhance the knowledge of all co-workers and better meet customer requirements. Actively practice IKEA's social and environmental commitments, contributing to sustainability goals. Capture valuable customer insights to aid other parts of Ingka in enhancing the overall customer experience
