Job Description:
The Consumer Vehicle Lending Product Consultant will manage certain aspects of the strategic alliance programs and relationships with heavy focuses on risk management and initiative leadership through effective internal and external engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead with a focus on product controls, metrics and procedures within the Single Process Inventory (SPI) structure supporting teammates to build and manage an unwavering risk framework.
- Drive initiatives and other changes in support of strategic alliances with auto manufacturers supporting their and the Bank's product growth with centralization of program development, coordination with product peers and internal partners.
- Work with internal functional groups (underwriting, funding, credit strategies, pricing, technology, sales and others) to aid in such development and resolve problems.
- Work with third party vendors or partners to support initiatives
- Collaborate and coordinate with Product teammates both in peer and manager capacity to support initiatives, change or risk management.
- Directly manage, support or oversee Intake projects and change management activities including necessary risk assessments (UCRA), governance activities, leading socialization and recording of project status and outcomes.
- Perform analysis for internal program governance – risk / reward and business case, originations, portfolio management performance, forecasting
- Present to leadership on various topics including program performance, initiatives and change management, control environment.

- Strong excel and PowerPoint skills

Enterprise Role Description:
Drive changes and enhancements to processes and systems in support of auto manufacturer strategic alliances, including project management, status of mitigation and action plans, and prepare necessary justification to support product changes. Competencies required include in-depth knowledge of the auto loan and lease origination process, project leadership / management, a Bachelors degree, & 2-5 years related experience.
