The Consultant Services Manager (CSM) acts as the primary point of contact for Experis consultants, providing timely resolution to a variety of questions and issues to maximize consultant job satisfaction.
Develop ongoing communication cadence with assigned consultants (e.g. first week check-in, 30/60/90 meetings). Execute client specific onboarding/off-boarding and orientation requirements (e.g. ID management, badging, equipment issuance/collection). Facilitate consultant training and development programs. Ensure efficiencies and quality of timekeeping, payroll, issue resolution processes. Respond to and/or escalate all employee relations issues and facilitate unresolved benefits and payroll issues.
Provide performance feedback and guidance as required. Partner with Recruiting to drive consultant redeployment program.
Engage in regular formal and informal contact with the consultant to create and maintain a positive, trusted working relationship that maximizes the consultant’s job satisfaction and overall effectiveness during client engagement. Identify and resolve consultant issues with urgency to reduce impact to project quality or client satisfaction.
Assist sales team to provide a results-oriented experience for client. Pass client intelligence information to sales team.
Adopt a solutions mindset in collaboration with all internal teams to resolve issues. Provide suggestions for process improvement and share best practices with colleagues and peers. Stay current on World of Work trends and establish oneself as workforce expert, sought out by consultants for advice and best practices.
Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree or related experience
4 years in a human resources generalist or mid-level administrative role with significant human resources responsibility
Nice to have:
Employee relations experience
Staffing industry knowledge and experience
