As a Senior Parts & Service Training Consultant, you will lead, facilitate, and consult on managing mining dealers and Caterpillar mining aftermarket value training. Track and manage training resources, and deliverable metrics. This position is recognized as a subject matter expert in project management, facilitation, and change management in the areas of aftermarket sales support training, process improvement, and value selling resource development.
What you will do:
Identify gaps or issues in training strategy and resources that apply to aftermarket and value selling.
Coordinate the development of required applicable materials.
Support division integration with, and access to, corporate value-selling tools.
Establish plans and coordinate global and regional Mining Center of Excellence training events.
Maintain digital interface web access for training and value selling resources, process documentation, and metric reporting dashboards.
Support enterprise partners through facilitating collaboration, ensuring consistency, and providing division awareness on training and value selling processes.
Manage complex global cross-divisional projects to maximize sales.
Positively impact existing processes or develop new processes to improve division operational efficiencies.
Focus on ensuring standard practices and consistency.
Act as an advisor and consultant to senior management.
External contacts include various regional representatives on a worldwide basis.
Work with all levels of management to identify and implement continuous improvement processes for aftermarket and solutions training with measurable value to the Enterprise.
Provide management, development, and guidance over new and existing division processes that need to be implemented or improved to support key imperatives, improved efficiency, or strategy development.
Develop and review possible solutions to gaps and issues and gain consensus on recommended solutions with management.
What Skills you will have:

Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting, training strategies, and aftermarket knowledge appropriately.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
Top Candidates will also have:
Experience with aftermarket, parts, and dealer operations
Understanding of how to develop training plans.
Knowledge and capabilities to create and manage SharePoint sites and databases.
Additional Information:
The primary location for this position is Tucson AZ.
Domestic relocation assistance is available.
This position may require 10 % travel.
