JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Construction Site Superintendent, with extensive construction/residential remodel experience including at least 5+ years of Site Super/Foreman experience. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Under the direction of the General Manager, and with the support of Project Managers, the main area of focus for this position is job site supervision. In essence, it’s up to you to make sure that plans and schedules are properly executed on site to get projects finished on time, within budget, to the highest quality and safety standards. You’ll work side by side with a Project Manager, our on-staff carpentry crews, design and preconstruction teams, and subcontractors to execute the job scope, track progress, teach carpentry skills, supervise all trades, and problem solve when problems arise. You MUST be highly experienced in residential construction, have a thorough understanding of code requirements, a keen eye for quality, a love of teaching and team building, and excel at keeping the momentum going.
This position will be primarily on site, splitting your time across 2-4 simultaneous projects with meetings in our office in Denver, CO (near I-25 and Colorado Blvd) as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING
Required
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
8+ years of hands-on high-end experience with custom remodels and custom built homes
5+ years of Site Super/Foreman experience
Knowledgeable in all phases of construction and code requirements
Ability to organize and supervise trade partners and employees on site
Able to read and understand blueprints and design boards
Understand the intricacies of pre-construction and ability to contribute to the process
Ability to communicate with homeowners and team members in a professional and consistent manner
Must be highly detail-oriented and highly communicative
Strong work ethic, prioritization and time management skills. MUST be self-regulated and know how to take initiative to get things done on time and to a high standard of excellence
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, Excel
Able to provide references
Preferred
Experience in BuilderTrend project management software
High degree of project administrative and organizational experience
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support PM and Preconstruction team in project planning, providing input on potential issues, site conditions, and other considerations to avoid problems and delays during build
Weekly planning/scheduling meetings with PM including labor requests
Daily 10-15 minute “Stand-Up” calls with the on-site team and PM to assign responsibilities and check in
Calls subs to schedule
Order common materials
Create Daily logs
Attend and support weekly client meeting
Implements site to do’s
Implement QA/QC checklist (BT). Hyperlink to excel
Manage dumpster
Manage Site Facilities and erosion control
Ensures site cleanliness (daily clean up)
Maintain protections
Manage site security (lockbox, cameras, gates, windows and doors locked, etc)
Inspection coordination (meets inspector)
Maintain job safety and OSHA compliance
Tool box talks
Manage deliveries and inventory
Process and maintain inventory in BT (receive date, damaged or not, storage placement, label)
Refer to purchase order

Salary of $80k-$95k depending on experience
