Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This Assistant Superintendent OR Superintendent would stay LOCAL to Denver from here on out and work under the Lead Superintendent. This person would need to have some Multifamily experience to be considered.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in the Multifamily Construction field with a strong background in back-end experience. Our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and we need a team member who is equally committed to excellence.
Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Superintendent, you will be responsible for assisting the Superintendent in all aspects of construction management. You will be expected to supervise and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Conducting daily site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Reviewing and approving submittals and shop drawings
• Assisting in the preparation of progress reports and budgets
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent in the Multifamily Construction industry
• Strong back-end experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
