We are looking for: Experienced Construction Safety Manager(s) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong background in construction and site management, with a proven track record of successful project completion. The Construction Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day safety operations of the construction site. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role and make a lasting impact on our organization.

Primary Location(s): Palo Alto surrounding area

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers on site.
• Ensure that safety regulations are followed.
• Develop, review, and implement safety plans for the efficient use of materials and personnel.
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and report to upper management.
• Provide guidance, training and assistance to workers on site.
• Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
• Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel on site.

Position Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Construction Safety experience
• OSHA 510 certification
• High School Diploma
• New commercial construction experience

Preferred Experience:

• 3+ Years of Safety Management experience
• BCSP Certification (CHST, OHST, CSP, ASP)
• OSHA 500 certification
• Training/Orientation experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Overtime
