Construction Project Manager

Salary Range $70,000-$90,000
We are looking for our next dynamic Construction Project Manager to join Trinity Exteriors! Our Construction Project Manager (roofing/siding/windows) will be interacting with homeowners, production staff, and subcontractor crews daily.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and inspecting the installation of roofing, siding, gutters, and window products to the highest quality standards of Trinity Exteriors Inc.
• Meet with customer pre-construction and review the job details.
• Prepare the building schedule and crew needed for the project.
• Work with the Claims Supplementer to acquire any necessary documentation for reimbursement on insurance restoration projects.
• Ensure quality control and safety practices were implemented and resulted in a safe and code-compliant project.
• Answer questions and provide recommendations to sales, production, and operations on best practices for the upcoming project.
• Punch lists, problem repairs, and warranty forms are promptly filled out, inspected, repaired, and recorded.
• Gathering information about the concerns from the homeowner.
• Documenting with pictures, video, and detailed notes the issue on-site before any repairs are started.
• Communicating with the homeowner about what needs to be corrected and the recommended plan of action.
• Schedule the subcontractor and communicate repair production requirements.
• At repair completion, conduct a walk-through and answer any questions for the homeowner.
• Complete final Inspection of the project.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of direct experience in hands-on construction, roofing, and siding required.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
• Excellent leadership skills are required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with the customer, our partners, and employees.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office 365, Google Workspace).
• High-level customer service experience directly with customers.
• Strong experience using MS Excel.
• AccuLynx experience nice to have.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
