- The Project Manager will work for the owner and will collaborate with all stakeholders (EPCs, Consultants, Owner's Engineer, Developers, Public Authorities) for permitting, design and engineering review, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate all aspects of the project construction between contractors, consultants, engineers, construction managers, and equipment vendors.
- Review and optimize construction drawings, and specifications.
- Manage project contract compliance, scheduling and conduct budget reconciliation.
- Conduct regular site-visits to track and report on on-going activity and project status, ensuring project is completed on-time, on-budget, and best-in-class.
Requirements
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management), PE preferred.
- 8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on large capital infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience within the anaerobic digestion or renewable Natural Gas (RNG, biogas) or managing projects in a related sector, such as wastewater, anaerobic digesters.
- Project Management Professional PMP or Certified Associate in Project Management CAPM preferred.
