Project Description:
$40-$60M ground up manufacturing plant project
Looking for a seasoned Project Manager comfortable running at least a $10M project
Will report to a SR PM
Job Description:
Responsible for oversight of project on schedule and within budget.
Examines construction documentation including drawings, schedules, and scopes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Reporting and documentation.
Project Manager has financial responsibility of the project; cost forecasting, subcontractor, material and vendor control.
Management of the owner and subcontractor change order process.
Relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors and vendors to help develop new opportunities.
Plan, schedule and administer project meetings with client, subcontractors, vendors and field personnel.
Management of the construction submittal and approval process
Skills:
Construction management, General contractor, Project management, Osha 30, Procore, Commercial construction, ground up
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the construction industry and construction principles/practices.
Knowledge of how to interpret construction drawings, contract documents, and construction sequencing.
Procore is a bonus!
