Primary Purpose:Project Manager forLibrary Exterior Renovations

Job Title:Project Manager

Location:Rochester NY

Primary Duties:

• Coordinate work among trade contractors
• Communicate and coordinate with other government entities
• Oversee project schedule and maintain updates
• Responsible for quality assurance and quality control over the project
• Submission of daily reports
• Review of contractor invoices
• Review of change order requests

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong experience in project management including excellent communication and coordination skills
• 10 years of relevant construction management experience
• Strong background in exterior renovation and masonry repair work
• Background in asbestos work
• Knowledge of historic renovation requirements
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical system upgrades
• Familiarity with Federally funded project requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
• OSHA 30
• Exhibit ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors
• Display record of taking initiative
• Demonstrated management skills
• Possess strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills

Pay Rate:$60.77/Hourly Salary (may vary depending on education and years of experience)
