JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with administrative duties related to project administration, customer service, and coordination of internal workflow. Responsibilities include the coordination with accounting, the warehouse and suppliers to ensure that jobs run smooth.
Essential Functions
· Frequent communication with suppliers or customers in support of the assigned projects
· Manage the input of information into SAGE
· Manage employee badging and maintain all documentation required
· Send labor reports to foreman weekly
· Create submittals for Project Manager review
· Update and maintain SDS Manuals for job sites
· Manage the document flow of drawings, specifications, RFI’s, Change Orders, etc.
· Manage Closeout Documents, including Warranty Letters, O&M Manuals, Valve Charts, As-builts, etc.
· Daily filing of documents into current and closed job files
· Coordinate information flow and paperwork to the field
· Electronically file certificates of insurance in accordance with department procedures
· Print drawings as required
· Assist Project Manager, Superintendent and Foremen as required.

Qualifications, experience, and skills
· 3-5 years administration experience
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Must be able to communicate in a professional manner
· Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, must have dexterity of fingers
· The ability to effectively collaborate with co-workers, clients, and suppliers
· Working knowledge of MS Excel
· Ability to pass a pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening.

Pay: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour

Experience:
- Project coordination in Construction Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
