This is an opportunity for talented and motivated construction professional to oversee and run our Bloomington, MN office. From this location we provide roofing and gutter replacement services in the Twin Cities metro area. This is a skilled position that is best suited for Construction Management professionals or construction install professionals looking to move out of the field into a management role. Performing periodic in field gutter installation and roofing project supervision will be required for the first year in this position. Individuals with experience installing roofing, seamless gutters, or siding are encouraged to apply.

Compensation as a Location Manager is based on an a competitive annual salary with a revenue based bonus system. The more you produce, the more you can earn. Success for all of our Location Managers is our highest priority. Our home office in Brainerd, MN provides constant support to all of our locations with a full call center, accounting & HR department, sales management and training, monthly installer training, and weekly success meetings with upper management to ensure everyone is on track.

As a Location Manager at Advantage Home Pros you are responsible for the day-to-day operation and the overall success of the location. You will provide leadership and training for employee gutter installers, oversite of roofing subcontractors, support sales staff working in your area, ensure customer service and quality standards are met, manage inventory and budget requirements, and maintain a fun and professional work environment.

Daily activities include but are not limited to:

• Recruitment and training of new gutter installers. This includes installing new gutters.
• Developing and maintaining an installation schedule that meets branch goals.
• Communicating with vendors and ordering materials, dumpsters, etc.
• Performing regular job site visits to ensure quality and efficiency and safety standards are met.
• Communicating changes with sales staff and customers.
• Manage the maintenance of vehicles, equipment and location needs.
• Attend sales and management meetings.
• Activities necessary to meet budget and operating goals.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of roofing installation, gutter installation, siding installation, or combination of the three is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years in a management role with budget responsibility is preferred.
• Must be organized, self motivated, and understand time management.
• Possess a valid drivers license.
