Overview:

What you do MATTERS. As an Production Manager, you are the face and voice to 1,000’s of customers. Would you want your grandma being taken advantage of by a shady contractor who sells her something she doesn’t need or doesn’t perform what was promised. We sure don’t! We are a fast growing company who is looking for an experienced Production Manager to run the production department. We focus on exterior renovations such as siding, roofing, painting, gutters and windows. Our focus is to streamline the entire production department that allows for an incredible customer service experience to all of our clients. As we rapidly grow we need someone who is creative and ambitious to help improve our processes and create new ones as needed. We are always striving to improve!

Main Responsibilities:

● Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes interfacing with customers, engineers, other contractors, etc

● Implement and enforce on-site safety program to maintain a safe job site

● Develop and manage project schedules through our CRM

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractural performance
• Constantly update customers daily and update CRM

● Provide technical assistance, i.e. interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc. for roofing, siding, painting, windows, gutters, decks

● Develop and implement project procedures, management tools, standards, etc.

• Ensure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures, safety rules, company policies, etc.
• Document all violations and recommend/implement corrective actions as required
• Manage production employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience with a resume of three to five successful projects, completed on time with a satisfied owner
• Able to read and interpret documents such as architectural drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures manuals
• Strong technical, and communication skills, including email and document management/organization within a CRM
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
• Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Computer skills for different technology platforms
• Must be able to lift/move materials up to 40lbs in weight
• Highschool Diploma, GED or Equivalent experience is accepted
• Valid Driver’s License

Schedule and Compensation:

● We work in-person at our office at 1050 Fraser St, Roswell, GA 30075

● This is a full time, year round position. Monday - Friday

● Salary $80,000 - $110,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
