Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and diligent Construction Assistant/Laborer to join our team. This role will support our lead technician in applying protective materials to glass on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic, eager to contribute to our projects' success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and application of protective materials to glass surfaces.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on construction sites.
- Work closely with the lead technician to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Handle and transport materials safely to and from project sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support project completion.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to access various project sites.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
