Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Manage project budgets and track expenses

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
• Proficient in using construction management software (e.g., Primavera, Prolog)
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Knowledge of quality control procedures in the construction industry
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Different process piping systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
