Construction Estimator Project Manager - Commercial Painting

Qualifications

· College Degree Preferred

· 1-3 years office environment experience

· Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)

Expected Duties After Training

· Estimate and bid painting, wallcovering, wall protection and fabric-wrapped panel scope. Attend job walks.

· Knowledge of paint products and wall finish systems.

· Actively follow-up with general contractors for bids results and manage client needs and expectations.

· Have a positive, sales-oriented, solution focused attitude.

· Ability to manage, contract and coordinate subcontractors.

· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.

· Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
