We are a commercial general contractor looking for a punctual Accounts Payable Clerk to focus on billings and certified payroll for our subcontractors. The position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, is able to multi-task or switch gears at a moment’s notice, excels at time management, and enjoys going the extra mile to help people. The role also acts as a backup on phones to our receptionist/runner, so the ability to manage a high volume of calls is a must.
This opening is for a full-time position - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch. We are looking for someone who wants to make a long term commitment; the majority of our employees have been with the company for over 5 years.
PTO, health insurance, and 401K benefits are available after various milestones have been hit.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in construction accounting with working knowledge of Sage/Timberline software and a proficiency in Excel and Word.
