Concierge/Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the facility or services
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Coordinate appointments and reservations for guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle mail and package deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide general office support, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Assist with project coordination as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for file management and calendar management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
