SalaryResponsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and phone system operations
- Coordinate and support projects, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
- Proofread documents and correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism
- Assist with event planning and execution, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination
- Maintain computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications
- Perform order entry and inventory management as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written materials
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with file management systems and phone systems
- Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
