Concierge/Receptionist (Credit Union)

hours:full-time (monday-friday)

startingbase pay range:$18.00– $20.00 per hour

Here is what you would be doing as a UMe Concierge:

• providing fantastic customer service (smiling and being friendly while overseeing the UMe Welcome Desk)
• serving as first point of contact for all in-person guests (saying hello and goodbye to everyone who comes in)
• observing/monitoring the lobby and ensuring all safety and security procedures are being observed
• maintaining a clean, organized, and orderly lobby
• addressing member questions/concerns and referring them to the appropriate person for resolution
• staying updated on UMe products and services

Here’s what our Concierge position requires from you:

• providing fantastic customer service (this is so important to us that we listed it twice, on purpose)
• the ability to communicate professionally, friendly, and effectively (in person and in writing)
• multi-tasking, being organized and paying attention to details (you’ve got to be detail oriented)
• monitoring the lobby and ensuring all visitors are assisted (you’ve got to be observant)
• being computer savvy (becoming an expert in our online banking, bill payment, mobile banking, and UMe website navigation)
• supporting all marketing & business development campaigns & promotions
• living the UMe brand (we’ll tell you all about it!)
