Intake Attorney

As the initial point of contact for potential clients, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating cases, providing legal guidance, and making lasting impressions

As the Intake Attorney you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless and efficient intake process for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial consultations with potential clients to gather relevant case information
• Evaluating and screening potential cases to determine their viability and alignment with the firm's practice areas
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and case information
• Ensuring the collection and maintenance of accurate records related to intake of new clients, intake forms, engagement letters, and outside counsel guidelines
• Answering client inquiries, providing general information about the firm's services, and guiding clients through the intake process
• Making a great first and lasting impression on clients during in-person meetings.

Requirements

• Must be detailed, organized, and thorough in managing the intake process
• Working knowledge of ethical, legal, and risk management rules and requirements, with a willingness to learn substantive law required
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, prioritize multiple projects, and adjust to shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish speaking a plus
• Outstanding sense of customer service with a demonstrated service-driven attitude
• Strong analytical abilities, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to grasp and implement new concepts quickly
• Sound discretion and judgment in making and communicating decisions
