We are seeking a positive, compassionate, customer service-focused team member for the Concierge position. Responsibilities:
- Answers the telephone and directs calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Receive incoming deliveries for residents and notify the resident.
- Coordinate outside transportation for Residents with other sources such as ambulance services and care appointment services.
- Assistance with touring the facility with potential residents
- Greets family members and guests.
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Provides clerical support to the various departments, i.e. data entry, filing, mailings, typing, menus
- Assist residents with the completion of maintenance orders.
- Keeps front area neat and tidy
- Assist with preparing for resident functions (decorating and/or clean up afterwards)
- Respond to emergency calls from residents.
- Willing to assist other areas at times.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using phone systems to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate person or department
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain an organized filing system
- Strong transcription skills to accurately transcribe important information from meetings or conversations
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment operation
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to coordinate projects and tasks efficiently

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
