Job Summary Provide and lead front-line support of institutional users of enterprise applications, desktops, networks, and information resources and assist in the management of information technology assets. Responsibilities Typical Allocation of Duties Respond to user inquiries and resolves problems - 40% Answer user inquiries regarding software or hardware operation in order to resolve problems. Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
Refer complex problems to vendors or supervisor for service. Asset Management - 30% Oversee incoming and outgoing of information technology assets; assist in the management of campus software licensing. Coordinate and lead - 15% Coordinate and lead the work of assigned workers engaged in the provision of computer support services.
Maintain records - 15% Maintain record of daily transactions, problems, remedial actions taken, and installations completed. Supervisor Expectations Supervise the Student Union Game Room. Advise/Coordinate the Esports Student Organization and Esports Technology.
Production (Special Effects) for events. Production (Audio Visual) for events. Assist with the Signal Vine Text Messaging System.
Required Qualifications Required Experience Bachelor's degree and over three (3) years of related work experience.
