Detailed job descripon - o "Experience in developing computer numerically-controlled (CNC) programs for
Composite Automated Fiber Placement o Job involves, 5-6 axis programming , Drilling, Trimming, Automated fiber placement.
Experince in Broetje, Brown and M-Torres Trim and drilling machining programming" o Opmized CNC program generaon from 3 axes to 5 axes using CATIA V5 soware o Tool path simulaon, verificaon / validaon and opmizaon using simulaon soware

– Vericut o Creang setup/shop floor documentaons o Revise, update programs and documents based on FAI reports and engineering changes.

Mandatory Skills
o Experse in CNC program generaon using Caa V5 and verificaon using Vericut soware o Good knowledge in selecon of various tool holders, cung tools, boring bars, and inserts used on various machines. o Experince in composite design, layup and manufacturing process o Fair working experience in Caa V5 modeling and assembly o Strong knowledge on drawing standards and GD&T o Connually monitor programs and manufacturing techniques for beter machining pracces and ulizing creave methods to improve producvity o Ability to work under pressure, handling mulple tasks in a fast-paced environment o Communicate with supervisors. quality and other shop personnel to resolve machining or quality issues. o Demonstrates strong me management skills and the ability to communicate effecvely at all levels of the organizaon o Transfer informaon and knowledge to offshore team as required; Work as a team to ensure compleon of task in a mely manner.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour
