Talent Program: The Bridge between School and Professional Success

A Society’s collab with Nexer Tech Talent offers a smooth transition from your studies to a fulfilling career. As a participant, you will be employed by A Society but have a specific role at Volvo. You'll join a cohort of emerging talents and embark on a customized training journey, blending daily work with skill enrichment to amplify your technical knowledge and your soft skills. A large part of the education is spent on courses such as personal growth, leadership and group dynamics.

During your time in the Volvo Tech Program, you'll be mentored by seasoned professionals at Volvo and receive dedicated guidance from a Consultant Manage. With us, you're not just a consultant – you're part of a family. Attend enriching lectures, relaxed after-work events, and engaging lunch meetings. Upon completing the Talent Program, our goal is to welcome you to a permanent position at Volvo.

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

- One semester of working experience as a student engineering intern or co-op in automotive or other transportation industry.

- B.Sc. Electrical Engineering or related field

- Bright and analytical tech individuals with a strong ability to solve complex problems and make decisions based on limited information.

- Hands on learning in hardware and software integration, agile methods (Scrum / Kanban), troubleshooting and automotie diagnostics

Responsibilities:

• Secure that the Vehicle electronics software is developed in line with local market demands.
• Lead Quality tools implementation such as DFMEA, APQP and PAA (Product application agreement).

• Release, document and control configurations for the specific functions of the given HW through SW parameters.

• Execute complex troubleshooting of various vehicle electronics systems and functions.
