Purpose:
Deep experience in investigations in relation to human rights, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying and workplace investigations which may include race, color, religion, creed, ethnicity, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and other similar complaints or policy violations. Ability to lead and conduct all aspects of complex workplace investigations including sexual harassment.
Responsibilities:
- Global investigation experience
- Extensive experience in investigative interviewing techniques and methodologies.
- In depth understanding of key external legislative requirements relating to human rights and harmful behaviors / conduct
- Working knowledge of Modern Slavery investigations.
- Excellent written and report writing skill including the ability to distil complex detail information into easy understandable chronology of events.
- Ability to adapt, develop, modify, and execute suitable techniques, processes, tools and procedures fulfil the requirement/needs of the investigation scope and the business requirements
- Ability to operate and independently engage with a broad range of personnel across the business at the various levels, departments, and disciplines to communicate and source information.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to engage with people with empathy but an objective professional way and understanding of how to apply a human-centred and trauma-informed approach in investigations.
- Pro-active, goal oriented with excellent attention to detail.
- A person of integrity who is trusted by others.
- Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and continuously improve on performance.

Technical and Industry Experience:
- Demonstrate behavior and business practices commensurate with a culture of world leading health, safety and environmental performance.
- Promote safe, healthy and environmentally friendly workplaces and behaviour, including workplaces not managed by Worley and behaviour when not at work.
- Acquire and maintain sufficient knowledge and awareness of the workplace environment to identify and manage work hazards and incidents.
- Experience in investigations related to employee relations (or similar) function.
Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- Tertiary qualified in law, human resources, or similar discipline.
Preferred:
- Specialist training and accreditation in investigative fields including investigative interviewing is desirable.
