This position is for the LA/OC/Anaheim area in CA -

Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish

Position Purpose & Focus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assists in the training of employees on timekeeping standards and protocols
• Assists employees with Epay – training, tablet setups, updates and supports the compliance manager with the Scalefusion app
• Assists with Epay facial recognition profile set ups
• Conducts routine and non-routine inspections to maintain compliance and service quality regulations
• Ensures that Servi-Tek has all Labor Law and SDS posters in all Janitor community rooms
• Delivers and replaces tablets and chargers for employees
• Participates and offer suggestions on the employee recognition program
• Assists with monthly janitor room inspections

The Timekeeping Specialist is expected to be self managed, organized and professional who has strong quality and communication abilities.

The following results are expected from this role:

  • The Timekeeping and training Specialist position is responsible for supporting employee satisfaction through the effective execution of their duties.
  • This position is required to understand and help improve the company’s quality and compliance standards.
  • Requires 100 % completion of site visits and completion of Epay employees trainings.
  • Requires the completion of weekly inspections and trainings.
  • Requires the utilization of Ranyan web platform to record all monthly safety and compliance trainings, employees' interactions, counselings and write ups, etc.
  • Conducts employee weekly safety and compliance trainings.
  • Maintains inspection standards for equipment, processes and systems that align with safety and industry regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned: > Must attend all weekly meetings and be ready to participate.
  • Regular Communication with Timekeeping Manager on related needs or issues is a must.

Qualifications | Competencies | Success Factors

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a Compliance or Quality Control position
• Experience in a janitorial environment preferred

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• College Degree (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurability

Competencies & Success Factors:

• Aptitude for technology: Apple products (i.e. iPad Pages and Numbers)
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members to accomplish common goals
• Strong communication skills with all levels of employees
• Ability to execute on specific action plans

This position pays $23.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $700.00 monthly car allowance

Schedule: Sunday - 7:00am - 3:30pm

Monday - Thursday - 5:00pm - 1:30 am - some days will need to start shift at 4:00 pm
