Job Description
Encompass Community Services is searching for a full-time (40 hours per week) candidate to join the Compliance & Quality Improvement (C&QI) team as a Program Assistant. This role will be providing administrative support to the C&QI team to aid the analysts and the Director with their daily tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic team and doing varied tasks throughout the workday. The ideal candidate is looking for a position that will enhance their skills and knowledge. There is a lot of opportunity to learn about non-profits, social work and regulatory requirements in this position.
Hybrid work arrangements are available.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the C&QI team with scheduling meetings using Office 365
- Supporting the C&QI team with task management
- Supporting the C&QI team with audits and recertification of programs
- Supporting the C&QI team with taking meeting minutes and tracking action items
- Supporting the agency with our CARF (Commission of Accredited Rehabilitation Facilities) re-accreditation
- Support with processing Person Served Satisfaction Survey Data
- Data Entry
- Organization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly self-motivated and open to learning.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Very strong computer and research skills.
- A high level of proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Wages & Benefits:
Our total compensation package includes a comprehensive medical and dental insurance plan for full time employees, 403(b) retirement plan, paid holiday, sick time, and 17 days of paid vacation, pro-rated for positions less than 40 hours a week.
