Position: Quality Appliance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control Oversight: Lead and oversee all aspects of quality control processes related to appliance production.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and product quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and R&D, to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Develop and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the quality assurance team.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to track and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers to maintain and improve the quality of incoming materials and components.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management).
- Proven experience in a quality assurance or supervisory role within the appliance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
