JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Description
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing a clear process for internal management of Insurance DRP and OEM Certification programs.

Responsibilities
- Establishing and recommending workflow process solutions related to compliance
- Provide training and education to franchise locations on compliance items, DRP and OEM programs
- Build relationships and provide account support to our OEM partners
- Interact with the Insurance Directors to develop strategies and support initiatives for DRP compliance
- Provide support and direction for our franchise locations on OEM programs
- Manage the process surrounding ongoing vendor related compliance audits
- Planning, conducting, and/or leading audits and special projects
- Provide input and guidance on next generation technology in the insurance and collision industry
- Work with the Compliance Team, Performance Analytics and IT to create and provide relevant and actionable reporting for both our franchise locations, operations and strategic partners.
- Drafting audit reports, organizing documentation and reviewing information collected from internal business units to support compliance efforts
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
- Experience with Insurance Direct Repair and OEM Certified Programs preferred
- Project management (process development and improvement) experience
- Bachelor’s Degree OR an equivalent combination of education and work related experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Process orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Power user of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Experience in analyzing and understanding key data
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines and producing quality work

AnnualBase pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
