Compliance Coordinator

As we continue to grow, we currently have a tremendous opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator who is up for the challenge.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to collaborate and track CII's compliance policies and procedures. As part of this critical role, the Compliance Coordinator will manage the contracting procedures for all healthcare arrangements and ensure all existing, new, and renewed arrangements align with our policies. This position will work closely with many departments at CII: sales, operations, human resources, and account management. Key Responsibilities

• Track and document contract issuance, contract changes, and supporting documentation.

• Assist in implementing, standardizing, and tracking required compliance policies and trainings.
• Support quarterly and annual compliance reports.
• Record minutes/resolutions at necessary high level company meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Compliance Committee.

Key Skills and Capabilities:

• Highly organized self- starter with strong attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a professional manner in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to learn new software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum three (3) years related experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology, HIPAA, Antikickback Statute, and Stark Law is a plus.
